Mission Statement
The Courage of H.O.P.E. Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through education, poverty reduction, sustainable development, health, and nutrition. Our mission is to partner with communities, empowering them to build resilience and thrive long after our work is done.
We work hand-in-hand with grassroots groups to provide clean water and improved sanitation, laying the foundation for sustainable growth. With reliable water sources, communities can cultivate farming and gardening projects that strengthen both food security and economic independence. While our journey begins in Zimbabwe, our vision extends across Africa—to reach underserved and marginalized communities with hope and lasting impact.
Our logo embodies this vision: the lion symbolizes courage, and the star represents hope. The acronym H.O.P.E. stands for Helping Other People Excel. For us, excellence is not just about doing one thing well—it’s about nurturing excellence within ourselves and those we serve, every moment of every day.
Currently, The Courage of H.O.P.E. Foundation is changing lives of communities in Mashonaland East Province, Zimbabwe.
